Our team typically arrives about 45 minutes before your rental start time.
The deposit is non-refundable, but if you reschedule and your new date is available, we will apply your deposit to the new booking.
We recommend booking at least 2–6 months in advance to ensure availability.
You can book directly through our online booking page. From there, you can select your package, choose add-ons, backdrop, review the terms and conditions, and secure your date with a $100 deposit.
Yes, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
Travel within the Houston area is included. A small travel fee may apply for locations outside of our service area.
The remaining balance is required 7 days before the event date.
We only accept credit and debit cards for all bookings and payments.
No problem! We can adjust the start time of your service as long as it still fits within the event schedule. Just let us know in advance, and we’ll make the change at no additional cost.
Yes! If you’d like to add or remove services after your booking, simply reach out to us. We’ll update your reservation and adjust your balance accordingly.
Yes! We are fully insured and can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) if your venue requires it.
